I do 1 HIIT per week and have for years.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
My HIIT is never more than 20-25 min
I mean I go off of like my intuition so I mean usually it's three to five it's it's probably about three times a week that I'm doing high-intensity interval training sometimes I'll make a whole day out of it where I'll go to the gym and I'll just build the day around battle ropes you know some upper body high intensity stuff and then the air bike because the muscle that you're working out glycogen is only available to the muscle that is being worked out right you can't like borrow glycogen for your leg muscles from your arms or your shoulders so you know I like to do high interval high-intensity interval training that sort of you know includes both my lower body and my upper body and usually that'll follow my weights when I'm doing like a resistance day
