So if you're looking for honey, try and find something that's tested for glyphosate, this herbicide. And so, it hasn't been eaten at all. Like, you can get a a source of carbohydrates.
But I think that for most of us some amount of honey carbohydrates in the diet, maybe it's a tablespoon or even less per day can be very interesting, very enjoyable, and probably even healthpromoting, especially if it's a raw organic glyphosatefree honey.
