so what we're trying to solve is trying to improve my sleep and so I was getting up on average one time per night to go to the bathroom which is normal I want it to get up zero times because I would get better sleep and so by strengthening the pelvic floor and the bladder we wondered would that be possible that having a stronger bladder would eliminate my need to get up at night to the bathroom and then what we found is that it also produced more nighttime erections
