let's just Define low as like anything less than 4 to 500 um on your total testosterone and where do you want the number to be I mean it should be probably 6 700 800 to be really fully
as you know there's uh what 30% of the population has a te that's 800 or higher depending on their age right so it's a normal it's within the normal distribution
