you can use what is called the what system W I think Bob Ki who's done a ton of research in this area if you want to read more look up his research um it is simply weight urine and thirst so in other words check your body weight look at your urine color and engage your thirst and actually you can use those three things and those uh can significantly predict actual hydration status independent of actually measuring osmol or or anything like that
