If you at 200 plus pounds, I assume, or roughly, if you're in the sauna for 20 minutes, I would imagine you can do two or three pounds. - Yeah, I usually, I hover somewhere around like 225. And I drink a 32 ounce, it's water with a electrolyte solution that's pretty high salt afterwards. And sometimes during. And sometimes after that, if I do it late in the evening, I'll go to sleep and I'll wake up in the middle of the night just feeling so parched. It's amazing how much water one loses in the sauna.
