I did do that briefly and saw some pretty good results however I find it easier to both restrict fat and protein capping my protein to about one gram per pound of lean body mass and eating fat roughly to satiety or perhaps a little less to keep the calories down when I'm trying to cut body fat percentage I think that's pretty reasonable when you did PKD which is the Paleolithic ketogenic diet which would suggest a two-to-one ratio of fat to protein I believe in grams which gives you almost an 85 to fifteen ratio in terms of calories
