We used population level studies and evidence to create the Blueprint protocol. Yes I tune a bit to my personal needs but those refinements are identified. The basic protocol is relevant to everyone and all ages.

actually it's not the amount of personalization I do at blueprint is pretty small there are some things which I share on my website which I've done based upon my individual results but these things are B based upon population level studies like for example everyone benefits from exercise everyone benefits from eating vegetables people overweight personalization and underweight population level studies and that's where the majority blueprint has been is mastering the basics of sleep diet exercise and nutrition
we've simplified everything to a degree where like we took away all the really expensive things and just reduced it into these Basics so hopefully uh it's much more doable in your life
just the basics of diet sleep and exercise which accounts for 90% of the benefits most most of the time for any age
