Lung therapy rejuvenation protocol finished. Measurement in April
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
Lung therapy rejuvenation protocol finished. Measurement in April
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.

I'm doing a lung Rejuvenation protocol we use this ultrasound machine to measure my whole body but specifically my lungs and I got covered three months ago and we found out that this one marker in my lungs B lines which are bad B for bad they increased by 118 percent so bad bad and so now we're trying to get rid of those B lines
I did a professional grade assessment at UCLA looking at all sorts of things my diaphragm strain many more things I could do than this device to get a Baseline
but I use this on a regular basis because we do a lot of therapy to try to strengthen my lungs
and then I have my spirometry that I use for measuring lung capacity
when I got covid in November of 2022 it increased my lung age by 19 years so using uh spirometry my biological age of my lungs were 26 in 20 01 and then in Co happened in November of 2022 my lung age went to 46
and so we've been trying very hard to bring my long age back down and just recently this uh this week I tested at 36 I believe so I gained some ground back but I'm still not back at where I was
