My protocol: + Enjoy sun before 10am and after 4pm + UV-tinted windows (block 99%) + UV umbrella during high UV
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
My protocol: + Enjoy sun before 10am and after 4pm + UV-tinted windows (block 99%) + UV umbrella during high UV
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I get sunlight daily, between sunrise and 9 am and after 5 pm.
I’m in the sun everyday. In the mornings and evenings when the UV index is low. When outside during high UV times (10-4 pm), I have a UV umbrella, a hat or wear a mineral sunscreen.
I will turn this light on and I will get a few minutes of exposure it mimics sunlight
I will get a few minutes of exposure it mimics sunlight
I wear sunscreen because the Sun causes damage it ages the skin and caus the Aging damage
so I try to spend my time in the sun in the early mornings or in the evenings when the UV index is low otherwise I stay out of the Sun but when I am in the sun I do have sunscreen on
as a kid I kind of destroyed mine I was in the sun all the time no sunscreen and now I'm in my 40s I'm paying the price when we started blueprint we had the goal measure every organ of the body including skin and slow the speed of aging and then reverse the aging damage I had a lot of skin aging damage
when I go outside I will take an umbrella with me and I'll have the umbrella above my head that is weird in the United States of America in other places of the world it's very common and very normal
now I know when I go out in the sun I'm getting sun damage so I'm just very careful about my relationship with sun
I'm going to step outside and do a 10-minute walk in the sun now I'm mindful of the time I'm out when the UV index is low where I still get the stimulation and benefits to the Sun but without the damage
that was one of the first times where I saw my UV uh damage on my face so I was in the Sun a lot as a kid and I had no idea like actually my entire life I had no idea the damage
That's why during high UV times, I use this umbrella.
Now my personal goal on UV index is I try to target around 3 in the morning at the dawn until it hits three.
and don't go in the sun or explore the world?
