And it when you have a lot of androgens in the ovaries, the androgens block the growth of that beautiful follicle that's growing to ovulate. So it freezes the follicle and it prevents it from ovulating.
And one thing that they've noticed with PCOS patients, for whatever reason, their ovary is super sensitive to the LH. It's like adding fuel to the fire.
And it when you have a lot of androgens in the ovaries, the androgens block the growth of that beautiful follicle that's growing to ovulate.
