And that's one of the benefits of the um the protein that you've put together there is that it's got relatively limited amounts of methane in it. So, about 60% as opposed to 100% of the daily value. And methionine is important because we need it for things like um making glutathione for example and for methylation. But in excess it has the problem of overactivating the uh overactivating mtor and reducing autophagy. So there's a very nice balance that we want to try to hit. And it seems like um these two proteins mixed together do a very good job of that.
