So what I do is I try to get my sun exposure in the mornings and the evenings when the UV index is low.
go in the sun from 7 a.m to 9 00 a.m or 7 a.m to 10 a.m and then stay out of the sun from 10 to 3 and then go in the sun from three to six at sunset so this evening morning and evening sunlight will be good but not as intense as like the midday sun
