the liver is a key player here because the liver is where a lot of this oxide is produced and the liver is the first organ that has been taking a hit after every pile of fries after every almond whatever after every spinach quiche the liver gets a hundred percent of the oxalates you absorb and the liver is using up glutathione in in having inflammatory stress during those periods of time and so so is the rest of the body the vascular system the immune cells and that's also increasing this LDH enzyme which increases oxide production but so does the inflammation themselves in the meantime your liver is becoming low in glutathione which increases that oxidative stress ends up with mitochondrial collapse and it ends up organ damage and inflammation and impairs your metabolism
