Is there dopaminergic input to this system? - Well, the dopaminergic system gets a lot of places. It's pretty much to some extent everywhere in the cortex a lot more in the frontal lobe of course, but that's just for starters. There's basically dopaminergic innervation most places in the central nervous system. So there's the potential for dopamine urging involvement but I really have no clue about the tilting phenomenon.
