be somewhere in the range of 540 people per day going blind in other words they've already lost vision in their first eye due to macular degeneration and then today they will lose vision in their second eye making them bilaterally blind they'll have huge central blind areas in their in their vision and uh you know so anyway that's basically the history right there it's it was an incredibly rare disorder like i said 80-year period where we had less than 50 cases in all the world's literature and believe me they were looking i've read all the textbooks
