I reduced microplastics in my blood by 93%.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I eliminated 85% of microplastics from my ejaculate.
I had 165 microplastic particles in my semen just 18 months ago. Now, I have zero.
I am the first human ever to show a complete reduction to zero.
I’ve reduced the microplastics in my blood by 93%. In October, my blood contained 15 particles. My latest sample contained only 1 particle.

By 93%.
Most biomarkers in this test show a clear downward trend or remain undetectable, indicating reduced overall toxic burden.
I recently reported complete elimination of microplastics from my semen (first in human demonstration) and a 87% reduction in my blood.
I eliminated 85% of microplastics from my ejaculate. Nov 2024: 165 particles/mL July 2025: 20 particles/mL Nearly identical drop in my blood same time period: Oct 2024: 70 particles/mL May 2025: 10 particles/mL
I've been a lot more careful since finding it out like drinking plastic ball have you have you changed your behavior I have very slightly but I'm also like you know it's so hard that out there in the world that plastic is just everywhere like this morning I threw out um a rug that I had that I felt like you know what I talk about you did you actually threw it out that's a big move I know because every time I would touch it it would be covered in like what I don't know it was just it was a bad situation very synthetic so it's time to go
So I started measuring my microplastics and the latest result I got was really encouraging where I've dropped my microplastics by uh 93%.
I think we're really starting to craft a um, a good protocol on how to approach toxin exposure generally and how to minimize the uh, the concentration in the body.
So Brian's done a good job of implementing tools in his life to reduce exposure and also to help clear um the toxins in the first place. So there is like light at the end of the tunnel of this this chronic exposure of toxins that we're all dealing with in the world. Yeah. So the to pile on what Mike said this um it should give you hope that on several fronts. So, we mentioned this, my most recent microplastics test, I had one microplastic particle in the sample I provided, and that was in the lowest uh 1% of the 4,000 samples we've collected. So, a 93% reduction from my previous levels of microplastics.
we have tried to systematically reduce the exposure of these toxins in the world and then also try to eliminate them from my body.
I successfully reduced microplastics in my sperm by 85%. This is gigantic news in the world of balls. Last year, I measured 165 [music] microplastics per milliliter in my balls. Just 8 months later, that number dropped to 20.
I’ve reduced the microplastics in my blood by 93%. In October, my blood contained 15 particles. My latest sample contained only 1 particle. This is my best result to date. Only 1.6% of tests contain fewer microplastics. This comes from the largest dataset in the world on microplastics in people. Totaling 2,663 results. New protocols started since October that may have contributed to this reduction: + Sauna (200 F, 20 min daily) + Total Plasma Exchange (TPE) + Tried to remove as much plastic from my life as possible
