Even if you somehow acquire the mutation or a change in your DNA in one particular brain cell, it wouldn't matter, because this mutation, there's no way to transfer it to the DNA of the germ cells that will contribute to the next generation.
Mutation has to occur in egg or sperm to be passed on.
