@CameronHolliday Consider a 10K lux artificial light for morning and perhaps also a red and IR incandescent bulb morning and evening (Sauna Space makes good ones)
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Red incandescent bulbs are the best, but increasingly hard to find.
and I think that a company there are companies that make red lights like this we talked about they have a red filter over but we were talking you might even want the red filter because you want the blue and the green you almost want and I'm sure a company can make an elegant cool looking lamp that wouldn't stand out on your desk like my chicken lamp will and a company should do this I think maybe I'll do it with one of my companies who knows we'll just we'll sell these chicken lamps in like a a pretty package that it can be on your desk
