then something really important in human evolution happened about 3 million years ago when Australopithecus became Homo erectus and we started to walk more upright and our brain exploded in size it went from 300 to 600 to 800 to a thousand CCS and then in the last you know maybe 800,000 years our brain went from a thousand cc's to 1,500 cc's so our brains have been growing and we know that with these growing brains comes increased complexity of processing and Hume intelligence higher development of structures and increased neural networks and I think there's a very clear argument that this was animal foods that animal foods allow this to happen
