it's really the cumulative effect of raising your Baseline level of functioning you know there's uh another way to think about it is um these supplements or behaviors um and quality nutrition when done consistently over time time and that doesn't mean 100% of the time but you know probably 80% of the time sure lead to a sort of uh buoyancy in your system that allows you to be more resilient under conditions uh where conditions aren't perfect right
