because I'm being my best self they're now encouraged to be their best selves because I'm not going to you know bed super late like they're encouraged to not do that same with added sugars and stuff if I'm seeking out healthy food it makes them way easier to seek out healthy foods around me so it's like all these minor things where you start to like influence your environment
