you’re better off avoiding it during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Too many unknown variables there to roll the dice.
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I cannot encourage you enough, or rather, I should say, I cannot discourage enough the use of cannabis and any related compounds in cannabis, edible or smoked, certainly not smoked, but even edible during pregnancy, and certainly in breastfeeding, lactating mothers, the same is also true.
I highly recommend women abstain from cannabis use during pregnancy.
whether or not you want to be a cannabis user or not, if you are going to try and conceive and certainly while you're pregnant, you're going to want to avoid the use of cannabis. And that is smoked cannabis and vaped cannabis. And during pregnancy, the consumption of cannabis even in edible form or in tincture form is also going to be detrimental to the developing fetus.
I highly recommend women abstain from cannabis use during pregnancy.
The woman who's going to breastfeed should probably avoid cannabis during breastfeeding too.
