And so the um you in my experience in this world you can you can engage in five anti-aging scientists you can give them all the same papers and ask you ask them to design you an anti-aging protocol. you'll get a different protocol from every scientist. They will not agree. So my my uh follow-up question is kind of from the same category. So I personally experienced after I reduced carbohydrates. I mean I still eat uh you once in a while I would like let's say have a slice of pizza but when I made a decision to reduce carbohydrates I kind of realized that intuitively I'm I'm less craving carbohydrates meaning sweets uh bread pizza pasta rice potatoes.
