magnesium is actually has some some benefits here something like 6 milligrams per kilogram of body weight is the dosage you're looking for there um magnesium citrate is probably has the most evidence uh in terms of this respect but it doesn't mean I actually have no reason to think you couldn't use glycinate or if you're using another form for Sleep um that probably fine I don't know that for sure but I I can't think of a reason why the other forms of magnesium would all of a sudden not work so you could probably choose whichever form you like um OB citrate has probably the most research in this aspect
