Vitamin A, B12, K2, choline, h-iron, creatine, taurine, anserine, carnitine, carnosine, 4-hydroxyproline, C15 are VITAL for optimal health and are ONLY found in meat and other animal foods.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

the meat side of it I think when you're getting so much more elements like carnitine and carnosine and tyrosine and glutathione all these elements you know it's so funny we talked about or other people talked about how plants have all these unsung nutrients they're unsung because they're non-essential right all the ones that are like that in meet you generally a nutritionist will look at meat and say oh that's protein or that's protein in fat but there's so much more going on in in meat nutrition that that we don't acknowledge and not only is it it's not like those phytochemicals and plants which are may have benefits in certain situations but are non-essential these are actually essential things that that we need in our bodies
you really can't ignore the fact that animal foods are incredibly nutritious and if you remove those from the diet for what essentially would be a 2.6 reduction in greenhouse gases which would probably almost certainly have zero zero effect on on global climate change you would create massive pervasive catastrophic nutritional deficiencies across the population so that that is the world that uh beyond meat is hoping to have create that is the world that bill gates is trying to create that is the world that an impossible burger is trying to create and that is a scary world because this is my family and your families and all of our children our future children and our generations who who like rob so so clearly says like you can't just go to the grocery store and get a multivitamin you can't just magically make up for all these things and then there are so many multivitam there are so many things in meat that nobody creates a multivitamin for nobody creates a multivitamin of anserine and taurine and carnitine and creatine and peptides and meat that are valuable you just you can't make meat in a vitamin you can't you can't do this and and the the clear trade-off here is is catastrophically bad
found in meat like carnitine and serene taurine that is beneficial for humans you can't get any of this stuff in plant foods
it was like protein fat choline carnitine carnosine b12 k2 you know creatine answering taurine it was like there's all these unique nutrients and meat that we never think of and that allows processed food plant-based companies to to fool us into thinking that a beyond burger is in any way shape or form equivalent to meat
we know that there are so many nutrients in meat that you cannot get in plants carnitine choline carnosine anserine creatine vitamin k2 b12 riboflavin these played a huge role in the formation of the human brain
there are so many nutrients that are not available on a plant-based diet that you must obtain from animal meat and organs or that are really only sparsely available on a plant-based diet this leads to massive deficiencies in humans and we know this very clearly things like creatine carnitine choline anserine taurine b12 k2 riboflavin if the list goes on and on b12 it's a huge list and these are essential for human thriving and we're only beginning to discover all of the ways that these nutrients allow us to be optimal optimal humans
there are unique nutrients in meat that you just cannot get from Plants you just can't get them from plants and so where does a vegan get creatine for instance
