I'm a carnivore ish right now I'm doing you know I try to eat over 2 pounds of meat every day 2 pounds of steak of some sort I need to get more liver so I need to get back on that train and I have about 4 to 6 egg yolks every day

for that entire time between the most recent set of blood work and this set of blood work i've been animal based so the context for this blood work discussion is what i'm doing now with my diet i think that's why people are interested in knowing what my blood work is i eat organs i eat them fresh or eat them desiccated like from heart and soil supplements i eat meat about two pounds a day i have a few ounces of different organs heart liver that type of thing testicle bone marrow i have fruit so this is a new addition relative to my previous blood work discussions when i was strictly carnivore so i have probably 200 plus grams of carbohydrates per day now from fruit and honey
as you'll see in my blood work i remain extremely insulin sensitive with a fasting insulin of 2.4 in this state of lots of meat lots of organs and lots of fruit and honey over 200 grams of carbohydrates a day
the only supplements I take hard and soil and I eat a lot of meat and organs liver heart a lot of fruit a lot of Honey a lot of raw milk cheese
