Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I've been meditating on and off now for about 30 years, although I confess more off than on. And that's because I think like, for a lot of people, sticking to a meditation practice can be pretty challenging. I started using Headspace a few years ago and I found that it's really allowed me to stick to a meditation practice on a regular basis. I meditate anywhere from five to seven times a week.
In fact, very recently because I've had an exorbitant amount of work on my plate and I've been getting less sleep than I would like in order to complete that work, I've brought back a regular meditation practice twice a day not just my usual once a day.
A few years ago, I got into a regular meditation practice because I started using Headspace meditation app. The thing I really like about their meditation app is it has meditations of different durations. So, sometimes I'll just meditate for three minutes or five minutes, or ideally I'm doing two 20 minute sessions per day, but I confess I don't always manage that, but they have a ton of different meditations on the Headspace app that allow you to tailor your meditation practice to your particular schedule.
Ever since I started using Headspace, I've been consistent about my meditation. I do meditation anywhere from five to seven times a week in my best weeks, and sometimes that's drops to three and then I find with Headspace, I can quickly get back to doing meditation every day because of the huge variety of great meditations that they have.
