it's like we know because of the research coming out that it's being alone and being lonely is not necessarily healthy right having social connections is important but there's a huge difference between solitude and loneliness solitude is like taking time to be with yourself and using it to introspect to learn about yourself to come to like some meaningful conclusions about your life and you see it's you know it's used by a lot of the greatest thinkers of all time
