Now there's a caveat to that, which is in under conditions like severe eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, depression where people are truly at risk of suicide or severe mental health effects or behavioral health effects and they're really at, their lives are at risk and their overall mood and wellbeing is at risk, it's often the case that people cannot access the brain states required to shift themselves purely with behavioral tools, nutrition, et cetera.
