Fasting insulin would almost certainly have been >8uIU/ml and pointed to something being "off."
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
Fasting insulin would almost certainly have been >8uIU/ml and pointed to something being "off."
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I've got to believe fasting insulin would have been >8uIU/ml and would have pointed to something being "off."
I would also use fasting insulin <5 as a cutoff for metabolic health rather than 10.
What is his fasting insulin (should be <5uiU/ml)?
my fasting insulin is always under three people i've worked with i always see fasting insulin are three unless they're metabolically unwell that is really the cutoff ideal is less than three less than five is okay but this is a test that should be done all of the time and we should re-calibrate the numbers a fasting insulin above five really maybe six but above five is unacceptable for humans and is indicative of a problem
what to do if your fasting insulin is above 5 micro iu per ml first steps eliminate seed oils that is the next thing i will talk about here in a moment to highlight the podcast with chris kenobi uh i always joke about this i just can't say his name without referencing star wars i'm sorry guys i apologize he's never seen the star wars trilogy the original ones the only good ones and you should eliminate those seed oils something i talked about with chris kenobi and tucker goodrich this year i will again highlight that in a moment and you should eliminate processed sugars
know how to check your metabolic health something like a fasting insulin less than 5 micro iu per ml you can get this from your doctor any doctor should do that test
i believe you want your fasting insulin less than 5 micro iu per ml
would you want to see as like a healthy fasting insulin less than 5 micro iu per ml
I would aim for a fasting insulin of less than five micro IU per ML
