my take on is that and this didn't happen with other fats so they're doing something at one of the steps maybe parvatic hydrogenase maybe the electro transport chain complex but they're very good as metabolic Inhibitors exceeding metformin in terms of Effectiveness and the saturated fats did not display that effect it was only the potent structure effects but the more potent uh effect was seen with their aldehyde byproducts the products of the oxidative destruction of these unsaturated fats
