We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Now recall that seeds are seeds nuts grains and beans which is why i recommend most people avoid all of those because they're pretty highly defended parts of plants
i think that generally the high left in foods the grains the beans the nuts and the seeds cause major problems for humans as do other vegetables like leaves because they're full of plant defense chemicals lectins be in one of those
why don't you eliminate all the beans because they're full of lectins they're full of digestive enzyme inhibitors eliminate all the seeds eliminate all the nuts eliminate all of the roots preferentially even sweet potatoes i know you guys love sweet potatoes and you love white potatoes but eliminate all the grains eliminate all the sweet potatoes
I don't believe grains are a good thing for humans or adding anything to your life I actually don't think nuts are adding anything to your life you can get all the nutrients and the nuts in much more bioavailable forms in meat organs fruit onion raw dairy refer to the podcast I did last year on chronometer where I show you my diet there is nothing missing on chronometer from an animal-based diet in terms of any nutrients not thymine not magnesium not manganese whatever people think is missing from this type of diet I've shown an on chronometer that it's adequate so I think nuts and seeds are messing with your digestion I think grains and beans are definitely messing with your digestion
