I think there are a lot of people doing really well on meat only diets I just think they could probably do better with nose-to-tail with more nutrients
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
the basic foods I eat from an animal are animal meat animal fat and that ratio is important
the way that I would recommend people construct a carnivore diet is different than the way that many others in the space are suggesting people construct the carnivore diet the first thing I would say is I want to disabuse people of the notion that a carnivore diet from an evolutionarily evolutionary perspective is meat only I think of this very strongly as nose-to-tail eating

there are so many pieces of the animal that have things in them that are probably beneficial for us that we don't even know about which is why or at least one of the reasons that I get super excited about eating animals nose-to-tail
as you guys all know nose tail is my jam it is the way I think we should be eating whether we are eating a mixed diet of carbohydrates whether we are eating carnivore diet this is how we get the nutrients that have been left out for so long

the ethos of nose-to-tail is eat the whole animal because there are unique nutrients throughout it
again I just spoke about paleo effects you've been down there as well you know and some of these other different you know Kido and paleo and even what Atkins used to say Americans was all about you know - little car but he was shoving in soybean oil so you know you have to do things the right way yes again that nose-to-tail eating of a healthy animal that's the way to do it
so i would definitely eat nose to tail in this situation getting all the nutrients you need and i would be very careful to maintain adequate uh gut health
so many of the nutrient deficiencies i think go away quickly when we're thinking about eating nose to tail
everyone listening to this will know that i'm a huge fan of animal-based diets i'm not dogmatic about plants you know necessarily being completely gone but if you've read my book the carnivore code if you've seen hardened soil you know i'm a huge fan of eating nose to tail and that's the key here is getting higher quality of food
i'm definitely all about nose to tail eating of animals and anyone that listens to my stuff will know that i'm a strong advocate for that type of eating
