if you want to get good quality meat you got to get it as fatty as possible get 80 20 at least 85 15 in your ground beef that's most of what I eat and it's very nutritious for humans leave that lean stuff out
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I like burgers that are higher fat all those good healthy animal fats that stearic acid it's going to taste better with higher fat
I think that an 8020 mix for ground beef is great it's going to be flavorful there are many unique nutrients in the fat there are many fat soluble vitamins vitamin E vitamin K2 which has been associated with all kinds of cardiovascular benefits in beef patty fat there's going to be more of those in grass-fed beef versus grain-fed beef grass-fed beef fat and regular beef fat also contains steric acid which has been associated with satiety and leanness in humans
I want 80 20. Give me the fattiest ground beef possible. I want the fat guys. That's what I want. That's where a lot of nutrients are. At least the fat soluble nutrients. Vitamin K2, vitamin E, beta carotene from what the cows been eating. Steric acid. Animal fat is healthy for humans. Don't fear it.
