I think that eliminating vegetables and focusing on the most nutrient-rich most sought after least toxic foods for humans can lead to improved quality of life for many people
I've seen hundreds if not thousands of anecdotes whose autoimmune disease is GI issues gas bloating constipation irritable bowel syndrome improved when they cut out or severely limited vegetables in their diets and focused on things like meat organs and fruit
I think even better would be cutting out all the vegetables so if you're eating any root vegetables if you're eating any leaves if you're eating any stems any seeds which is seeds nuts grains and beans I would try eliminating those and then focusing on the foods that we're talking about and the simplest version is just meat organs and fruit
and so I think that thinking about that and simplifying the diet is a great step for people with autoimmune disease
