MORE regenerative beef = LESS CO2 This is what’s truly better for your health and the health of the planet.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

Regeneratively raised red meat is a superfood and it's good for the planet.
If you truly care about your health and the health of our planet, eat more regeneratively raised beef!
Monocrop plant agriculture fails miserably on both of these while regeneratively raised beef excels.
that type of meat is more rich in nutrients
we go to ALDI and get uh regenerative uh grass-fed beef I think it's six or seven dollar a pound you you know get get beef for for $3 a pound 350 a pound as you said
but really the best type of beef is going to be 100% grass-fed that's regeneratively raised
look at this one here which is just regular factory farm meat is $7 a pound versus the 585 for grass-fed there's a bit of an Arbitrage here so I would definitely go for the grassfed over the regular one yeah that's crazy you know Walmart doesn't really tell you that but like the regular ground beef is more expensive than the grass-fed ground beef
Yes, grass-fed regeneratively raised beef is more expensive, but it's also more nutritious and better for the planet.
