for me to get 300 gram of carbohydrates a day I include some honey um people know that I also do orange juice I'll eat mangoes I'll eat papayas I will eat a passion fruit and I'll do watermelon juice but it's hard to get that amount of carbohydrates from just those things without some honey I'll do milk throughout the day raw goat milk

obviously since this uh video was taken I've changed my perspective a little bit on what I eat I now eat some fruit some honey some raw milk if you guys know about an animal- based diet but uh I still stand by the fact that meat and organs are incredibly healthy for humans
midday snack some Greek yogurt with which is a goat yogurt and it's raw some strawberries and a raw egg yolk
post surf I'll have some hanger steak with a little bit of heart some raw cheese and some orange juice fresh squeeze might even add a little more honey to that because I'm crazy like that
for dinner I'll have some skirt steak avocado cut up mango maybe a little bit of Raw Liver in there and some watermelon juice
Short answer is no. And I'll tell you why. I get to eat the best foods on the planet every single day. Ripe fruit, honey, raw milk, cheese, steak, ground beef. That's the food of kings and queens.
