to the point that I'm trying to get around three milligrams of boron per day in my Foods I think it's totally doable though it does mean that I end up eating a lot of raisins and dates uh dried plums and a couple of apples a day
boron is found in a variety of foods the highest foods with boron that i have found are things like avocados raisins dates plums prune juice are the fruits that have boron i believe apples have a moderate amount of boron too
