sugar not found in a food Matrix probably damaging for humans sugar in a food Matrix pretty sure it's benign not bad at all for you okay lots of evidence for that I've talked about that in previous controversial thoughts
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
we know pretty darn clearly that when you give people lots of fructose or glucose in isolation negative things happen in the human body with both of those molecules not just fructose though it gets demonized more but when you give people fructose in the context of a food matrix that is whole different things happen in the human body which are generally positive
do not fear fructose in a plant matrix in a food matrix do not eat fructose in isolation however
fructose in a whole food matrix doesn't seem to behave the same way in humans
i think fructose performs very differently in humans whether it's in a food matrix or whether it's been processed out of the food matrix
fructose performs very differently in those matrices of whole foods than it does in isolation
