then you want a meat that is grass-fed and grass finished there's a little interesting thing happening with labeling right now where some manufacturers are just putting grass fed on their meat and that doesn't mean that the animal ate grass its whole life it doesn't mean it's like these animals from White Oak pastures that are on the pasture their whole life and Whole Foods is tricky with this and I've called them out on social media for this I'm sure that they have meat at Whole Foods which is pasture or raised but if you ask them it's grain finished at the end
