if it's a aria study 2011 and indeed what the authors did was this was a post brand new study so what happened was participants came into the lab they eat regular beef grape fat beef very fat finished the feedlots and the kangaroo and they both consumed that as i think they had some potatoes and things with it the thing that they they changed was the meat so people came in one ate the meal with the wagyu beef came in another week ate the kangaroo guru for its native pastures presumably was more phytochemical rich and there's definitely been some work done in kangaroo to uh to suggest that wagyu beef gravy less phytochemicals and how it was is that their the inflammatory response we always have a lot of an inflammatory response after eating that that's completely normal and important in human physiology but they saw a slightly uh where we saw an increased uh inflammatory response with the wagyu beef and the idea at least behind compared to the kangaroo meat which was at the lower uh inflammation uh il-6 and c-reactive protein tnf alpha
