keto bombs and that's like you just dumped in a thousand calories and you didn't get any micronutrients you did get any micronutrients and fat is fuel I think people do run better on fat that's my opinion and fat is not micro nutrient rich in the same way that a lot of the other foods from the animal are liver meat these are micro nutrient rich foods egg yolks very micro nutrient rich fat bombs great in a pinch great for fat based physiology not super micro nutrient rich
