Tell me more about your "healthy" plant-based diet which is massively deficient in numerous critical nutrients!
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I'm not a big fan of plant-based diets because of the lack of bioavailable nutrients and the need for pretty extreme supplementation
it's very hard to argue that a plant-based diet is more nutrient Rich than an animal-based diet or even in any way shape or form a shadow of an animal-based diet in terms of nutrients and so the real clear reality is that if you are not including animal Foods in your diet you need to work very hard to replace all of those nutrients some of which we don't even know about with synthetic sub-optimal less fully bioavailable non-bioidentical forms
these are really just survival foods and these are just synthetic garbage most of the time
