especially depending on your energetic demands right and like I think if you're depleting your glycogen you can have a little bit more leeway with carbohydrate intake I think that just makes sense from our energetics perspective we're a homeostasis perspective
I think in a lot of us um this could be helpful even if we're not doing crazy amounts of exercise maybe we don't have to go all the way to 60 but I think increasing your carbohydrates is something to consider
