so I use Redmond sea salt I like that one it's an inland deposit of sea salt in Utah so there's no microplastics or very little microplastics contamination in that salt
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
and I like Redman sea salt I talked about why in the past but I like because it's an inland salt so it's less microplastics doesn't have as many problematic things that come from the sea microplastics maybe radiation maybe contamination because it's inland it's just an inland salt deposit from Utah
the utah sea salt the inland redmond actually was pretty darn good so redmond real salt is probably good in terms of microplastics
