you don't want to go below much below 30 or 20% on your fat because you will not feel good your hormones will not be optimal and you will be craving fat like crazy
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
going too low in fat can make people feel quite bad so less than 20% you can start to see uh rapid utilization of your of your food so you'll eat the food you'll be you'll burn through pretty fast you'll get hungry like an hour later and then you're going to eat again you're snacking all day long then you can start to see issues with brain fog and libido and some of the the steroid hormone components
if you go below 30% of your calories from fat in terms of macronutrients you're not going to feel great you're going to be craving it all the time you may get skin issues you almost certainly will get hormonal issues
If you go much below 20% of your calories from fat, you're going to affect your hormones. You're going to affect your sex hormones, your testosterone, your estrogen, men or women. You're going to affect your fertility, your sperm count, your sex drive.
