exogenous antioxidant theory is probably the idea that that plant compounds can be beneficial for us as antioxidants and I would disagree with that theory and I'll tell you why the plant compounds if they are beneficial for us as antioxidants if they're beneficial for us as antioxidants is because they are treated at that because of the horn Matic mechanism because they induce the nrf2 system in the liver and that can be beneficial however that mechanism is not unique to plant compounds
