i've seen it thousands of times over now that people will say my eczema got better my sleep got better my anxiety got better whatever it was they were struggling with it got much better
just know that if you have an autoimmune condition or medical issues that aren't resolving many people are finding improvements by cutting those vegetables out of their diets I don't think they're the optimal food for humans
I think many of you would do better without them from a GI perspective gas bloating constipation diarrhea autoimmune perspectives rashes mood perspectives sleep overall strength energy recovery if you haven't tried cutting out vegetables this being leaves and stems and roots and seeds from your diet might be something worthwhile to give it a shot
so many times people's autoimmune diseases gut diseases inflammatory bowel diseases irritable bowel syndrome even psychiatric illnesses get better when they get rid of vegetables
in a lot of people who have illness whether it's GI issues gastrointestinal issues autoimmune issues sleep issues eliminating or reducing a lot of vegetables can be helpful
if you're doing good if you don't have joint pain if your body is where you want it to be if your mood is good if you sleep well if you have good Muscle Recovery if your joints don't ache I guess vegetables aren't really that problematic for you and including some of them some of them in your diet is probably fine
many people with chronic health issues that have been unsolved are find significant benefit from removing them or reducing them in their diet
no one debates that vegetables contain defense chemicals but these defense chemicals don't seem to be problematic for everyone

for people like me and a lot of people with autoimmune disease or gut issues cutting out or eliminating vegetables seems to helps with those conditions
but for those of us with gut issues or autoimmune issues that seem to be recalcitrant cutting those things out is a powerful tool
