looking at the vitamins and minerals on this diet they're pretty darn optimal you can see here if you're watching or I'll read them out to those who are listening there is more than enough of all the vitamins on the chronometer here except vitamin E which I believe is due to the fact that chronometer and the USDA database that it's based on doesn't understand that there's vitamin E in animal foods and animal fat and so it's underestimating this
